The Best of the Best Scottish Fare

What comes to mind when you think of Scottish food and drink? Most “outlanders” will probably think merely of whisky, salmon and perhaps haggis. Scotland though – particularly the Highlands & Islands – has a proud and pure culinary heritage that is well worth diving into.

In recent years local producers have become increasingly renowned for perfecting their Scots delicacies and traditional recipes, and showcasing them on the world stage.

We at COTS – the well-known deli and eatery in the Highland village of Beauly – are pleased to be able to offer the best of the best Scottish fresh produce, charcuterie, cheese, jams and preserves, baked goods and biscuits, and ever so much more.

We have entered into agreements with many established and esteemed local food producers to supply goods for the various elements of our business, particularly our delicatessen and online luxury hamper shop.

Outlet for Local Artisanal Food & Drink Producers

We are extremely grateful to our local suppliers, because without them we would not be able to deliver the authentic, high quality Highlands dining, delicatessen and grocery shopping experience we have become well known for.

In return we are able to spread awareness of our exceptional Scottish artisanal brands through our customers, who come to visit our Beauly coffee shop, restaurant and shops from all across the UK and internationally.

If you are an artisan and/or traditional food or drink producer in the Highlands looking for a busy retail outlet we’re always happy to discuss stocking your products, so please get in touch.

If you’re a customer looking for more information about the provenance of our produce we’d be happy to chat to you.
